Insurance Claims Investigation
It is recognised that Insurance Fraud is a growth area and we have been able to meet
the rising demand for in-depth investigations of suspected fraudulent claims by bringing
to bear the skill of investigation and statement taking, acquired during service with
the Metropolitan and City of London Police Company Fraud Department.
Meticulous
and painstaking examination of criteria, close scrutiny of questioned documents and
surveillance upon dubious or doubtful claimants in accident, public liability, PHI injury,
claims often identifies 'glaring evidence' of a fraudulent claim. As a consequence of our
investigations our insurance clients have regularly benefited from substantially reduced
settlements, or the complete withdrawal of the claim.
Over the years we have been regularly instructed by most of the major UK Insurance
Companies, either directly or through their selected law firms. In addition to providing
detailed in-depth Fraud investigations, we now offer low cost ‘Fixed fee’ investigations
providing a prompt visit and insight into potentially damaging claims with statements. |
